Mushroom Consomme Using Madeira

Ingredients
  Beef stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Dry mushrooms 1⁄2 Ounce (Imported)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Madeira 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Boil 1 cup of stock.
2.Drizzle the stock on the dry mushrooms, already kept in s small bowl.
3.Let the mushrooms soak in the stock for 2- 3 hours.

MAKING
4.Strain the soaked mushromms in the remaining 3 cup stock.
5.Remove the dried mushrooms.
6.Keep aside the consomme prepared.
7.Take fresh mushrooms and slice them thinly.
8.Put slices of mushrooms in the consomme.
9.Heat the misture and sprinkle salt and pepper as per tatse.
10.Add Madiera to it.

SERVING
11.Garnish the dih with chopped parsley and serve.
