Ham Stuffed French Rolls
|Finely chopped cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , finely chopped|
|Minced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped ripe olives||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Sweet pickle relish||1 Teaspoon|
|Small cubed cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|French rolls||6 Large (Or 8 Small)|
Combine ham with eggs, onion, olives, mustard, relish, cheese, and mayonnaise.
Cut off tops or one end of rolls; scoop out most of soft center.
Fill with ham mixture.
Replace top or end of roll.
Place filled rolls in slow-cooking pot.
Cover and heat on low for 2 to 3 hours.
Rolls may be kept hot and served from the pot.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
