Souffle French Toast

Ingredients
  Oranges 2 Large, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
  Eggs 2 Large
  Egg whites 2 Large
  1% low fat milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Orange flavored liqueur/1 teaspoon orange extract 2 Tablespoon
  Finely grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Challah bread slices/Portuguese bread /french bread 8 (1 Inch Thick)
  Unsalted butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh berries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Such As Blueberries, Raspberries, Or Strawberries)
  Sifted confectioners' sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a food processor or blender, process the orange sections for 1 minute. Add the eggs, egg whites, milk, sugar, liqueur, orange rind, vanilla, and salt; process 1 minute longer.
2. In a shallow dish, arrange all the bread in a single layer. Pour over the egg mixture, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate, and let stand for at least 30 minutes or overnight, turning once.
3. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter over moderate heat. Cook A slices of the bread for 3 minutes on each side or until brown. Repeat with the remaining butter and bread. Top with the berries and confectioners sugar, also the syrup if you wish.
