Endives Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Pearl onions 2 , chopped
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, finely ground
  Endives 3 Can (30 oz)
  Bechamel sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Swiss cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown onions in 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Add mushrooms.
Cook until liquid evaporates.
Add salt and pepper.
Brown endives in remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Lay mushrooms and onions in baking dish.
Top with endives.
Cover with Bechamel Sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Brown in hot (4500) oven.
