French Snow Peas With Ham

Ingredients
  Snow peas 1 1⁄2 Pound (Ready For Cooking)
  Boiling salted water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Minced smoked ham/Canadian bacon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook the snow peas in boiling salted water to cover for 2 minutes.
Drain and rinse quickly under running cold water.
Drain.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the ham.
Cook, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes.
Add the snow peas and salt and pepper.
Over high heat, and stirring constantly, cook for 2 more minutes.
Sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately.
