Mocha Souffle

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Semi-sweet chocolate 3 Ounce, cut in small pieces
  Egg yolks 5
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Coffee flavored liqueur 1 Tablespoon
  Egg whites 5
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare a 1-1/2-quart souffle dish; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine milk and chocolate.
Stir until chocolate melts.
Remove from heat; set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until thickened and lemon-colored.
Beat in sugar, flour and cornstarch until smooth.
Add to melted chocolate in saucepan.
Return saucepan to heat.
Stir over low heat until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir in butter and liqueur; set aside.
In a large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
Add cream of tartar; continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in chocolate mixture.
Spoon into prepared souffle dish.
Bake 45 minutes.
Serve imme diately.
