|Sweet cooking chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Chunky peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pitted dates||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper; set aside.
Melt chocolate; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, coconut, dates and orange peel.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Dip top half of each ball into melted chocolate.
Place on prepared cookie sheet with chocolate side up.
Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
