Cinnamon French Toast
|Egg beaters||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|French bread slice||10 (1 inch thick)|
|Margarine||2 Tablespoon, divided (Fleischmann's)|
In small bowl, combine Egg Beaters, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour half of egg mixture into 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking pan.
Arrange bread slices in pan; pour remaining egg mixture evenly over bread slices.
Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes to absorb egg mixture.
In large nonstick griddle or skillet, over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon margarine.
Cook half the bread slices for 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
Cook remaining bread slices using remaining 1 tablespoon margarine as needed.
Serve topped with additional margarine and syrup if desired.
