Beef Bourguignon With Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Beef sirloin 4 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mushroom caps 3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced
  Onions 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Preferably Burgundy)
Directions

Melt 5 tablespoons butter in deep casserole.
Add beef cubes.
Cover.
Braise in hot oven (4000) for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, saute mushrooms and onions in remaining butter.
Stir in flour.
Add Burgundy and mix well.
Pour over beef.
Cover.
Return to oven for 30 minutes.
