Oven Baked French Toast

Ingredients
  Cooking spray 1
  French bread slices 8
  Eggs 2
  Egg whites 2
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

MAKING
2.Coat shallow baking pan with cooing spray.
3. Heat pan for 15 minutes until hot.
4.Mix together eggs, egg whites, orange juice, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar. Beat well.
5.Dip bread slices in the mixture.
6. Place on hot pan.
7.Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
8. Turn over and bake for another 5 to 6 minutes.

SERVING
9. Serve warm , dusted with powdered sugar.
