French Coffee Cake

|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl mix margarine and sugar using an electric mixer.
3.Add in vanilla, egg whites and blend well.
4.Mix baking powder, baking soda and flour.
5.Slowly add the flour mixture into the creamed mixture along with yogurt.Begin with flour mixture and end with it too.
6. In another bowl, mix together the filling ingredients to form a crumbly mixture.
7.Into a 12 cup bundt pan that is coated with cooking spray, ladle 1/3 of the batter.
8.Top woth half of the nut filling.
9.Repeat the layers, to end with batter.
10.Bake for 45 minutes.
11.Let cool on wire rack or in pan.
12. Easeo out of pan and serve sliced with tea or coffee.
