Romaine Salad With French Dressing

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1
  Onion rings 1 Medium
  Green pepper rings 1 Medium
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated (As Required)
For the french dressing
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cider/White / malt /tarragon vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Mix together salt, sugar, paprika for the french dressing.
2) Stir in vinegar and salad oil, shaking well.
3) Keep the mixture in refrigerator to allow chilling.

MAKING
4) In a salad bowl, break up lettuce.
5) Mix in onions and green peppers.
6) Toss this mixture with french dressing.

SERVING
7) Serve at once with Parmesan cheese.
