Mock Hollandaise Sauce
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In small saucepan combine the ingredients.
2. Use a small wire whisk to blend them until smooth.
3. Heat over low flame, stirring all the while, until thick
4. The recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce which should be served warm.
5 Serve over vegetables or fish or serve instead of hollandaise, as a dipping sauce.
