Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped and sauteed in oil
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely sliced
  Bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Squash 6 Large, boiled and drained thoroughly
  Squash 6 Large, boiled and drain thoroughly (With Skin)
  Corn 1 Can (10 oz), add to squash (Milford)
  Corn 1 Can (10 oz), add to the mixture (Mildford)
  Grated eastern cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eastern cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon (If Desired)
  Eggs 6 , well beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Pour mixture into souffle dish and bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
