French Fish In A Packet

Ingredients
  Firm fish fillets 12 Ounce, cut in half (2 Steaks Of 6 Ounce Each)
  Zucchini 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Red onion 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground black pepper 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
  Chopped fresh marjoram/Basil / 1 teaspoon dried herb 1 Tablespoon
  Black olives 6 , halved and pitted
Directions

Preheat the oven to 450°.
Fold each sheet of foil in half to form a double-thick square.
Brush a little oil on the center portion of each square.
Rinse the fish and prepare all of the ingredients.
Layer half of the following ingredients in the middle of each square in this order: zucchini, mushrooms, fish, and onion slices.
Sprinkle with the olive oil, lemon juice, wine, salt and black pepper, and marjoram or basil.
Top with the black olive halves.
Fold the foil into airtight packets.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Carefully avoiding the steam that will be released, open a packet and check that the fish is cooked.
To serve, lift the fish and vegetables with a spatula or large spoon onto individual serving dishes and pour the liquid left in the foil over each serving.
