|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bay leaf||1 Small|
|Unsalted butter||2 Tablespoon|
1.In a saucepan, mix together milk, onion, bay leaf, and peppercorns.
2.Let simmer covered for 5 to 6 minutes.
3.Into a bowl, strain using a sieve .
4.Throw away onion and spices.
5. In a heavy saucepan, melt butter and add in flour.
6.Stir cook for 5 minutes. Ensure that it does not burn.
7. Add half of the strained milk to the roux and mix well.
8.Then add in rest of the milk. 9.Boil for 2 minutes.
10.Add salt to taste.
11. Use sauce to make delicious lasagna.
