1.Take a large pot and pour in the white wine to cover the bottom of pot upto a height of 1 inch.
2. Now, add in the chopped vegetables and boil.
3.Add in the mussels and let steam for about 4 to 5 minutes until the mussles get cooked and open.
4. Serve immediately.
