French Radish Salad
|Thinly sliced radishes||2 Pound (6 Cup)|
|Green onions||12 , chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mustard dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Readymade Variety)|
In a serving bowl, combine all vegetables.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Just before serving, toss with Mustard Dressing.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
