Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 4
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Boiling unsalted butter 8 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a blender, put in all the ingredients but the butter.
2.Process at low speed.
3.Now, add butter continuously.
4. Blend well.

SERVING
5.Serve with egg Benedict and steamed asparagus.
