Sherry Beef Consomme'

Ingredients
  Canned beef consomme 21 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Thin lemon slices 6
Directions

Place consomme" and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Stir in sherry.
Serve garnished with a slice of lemon.
Makes 6 servings
