Microwave French Onion Soup
|Onions||3 Medium, thinly sliced and separated into rings|
|Beef broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Plain croutons||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a 1-quart casserole heat butter or margarine and add onions.
2) Cook covered on 100% power (high) for 6 to 8 minutes stirring once.
3) Mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
4) Cook covered on high for 4 to 6 minutes.
5) Serve with croutons and cheese.
