Crunchy Oven Fried French Toast

Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon, melted
  Eggs 2
  Half and half 2 Tablespoon (Blend Of Milk And Cream)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cornflake 3⁄4 Ounce
  Cornflake crumbs 3⁄4 Ounce
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian bread slice 4
  Day old bread slices 2 Ounce (4 Slices, 1/2 Ounce Each, Italian Variety)
  Pancake syrup 2 Tablespoon, reduced
  Low calorie pancake syrup 2 Tablespoon (60 Calories Per Fluid Ounce)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2.Take an 8X8X2 inch baking pan and using a pastry brush brush it with margarine.

MAKING
3.Take a medium mixing bowl and whisk together half and half, vanilla and eggs.
4.On a paper plate or wax paper mix together sugars, cornflake crumbs and cinnamon.
5.Take 1 slice of bread, dip it in the egg mixture, then dust both sides with the crumb mixture.
6. Repeat with all the bread slcies.
7.Arrange in the pan and bake for 10 minutes on oen side, turn over the bread and bake another 10 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve hot.
