Baked Brie And Brandied Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Slivered almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Dried tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Round brie cheese 1
  Fresh tarragon sprigs 2
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat the oven to 375°F; in a skillet, melt butter and cook almonds over medium heat for a couple of minutes, stirring all the while
2. Add mushrooms, garlic, tarragon, epper and branndy and cook for a couple of minutes till mushrooms are tender; turn the heat off
3. In an ungreased shallow baking dish, add cheese and spoon the msuhrooms on top and bake for ten minutes or more until cheese is soft

SERVING
4. Garnish with tarragon sprigs and serve wither as a dip or pread on melba toast round or crackers
