Honey French Dressing

Ingredients
  Garlic cloves 2 Large
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 5 Tablespoon (Japanese)
  Tomato paste 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop
Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor bowl with a metal blade, process the garlic until finely minced.
2) With the machine running, pour in oil, vinegar, tomato paste, honey, salt, pepper, paprika and Tabasco sauce and
process for about 15 seconds until well blended.
3) Store in a covered container in the refrigerator until serving time.

SERVING
4) Use as required.
