Dairy Free Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 3
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Milk free margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add egg yolks and lemon juice.
2) Using an electric mixer beat the mixture for 2 minutes.
3) In a saucepan, melt margarine.
4) Slowly pour hot margarine into egg mixture and beat at high speed until fluffy.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately.
