1)On a lightly floured board, roll out the pie pastry into a circle 9 inches in diameter.
2)Take a baking sheet, put the pastry and bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
3)Then, shape the cream puff dough into puffs about the size of walnuts.
4)Bake the puffs at 425 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until puffed and browned.
5)Serve croquembouche when desired.
