Low Calorie Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Diet mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Skim milk 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix the milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper together, stir continuously over a low heat, until warm.
2) Then mix in the grated lemon peel and lemon juice.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
