Chilled Summer Bisque
|Smoky green pea soup mix||3 Ounce (1 of the two envelopes in the package)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Tall Can)|
|Croutons stick||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 In a medium size saucepan,empty the soup mix.
2 Gradually stir in water until well blended.
3 Heat, stirring constantly, just to boiling. Stir in evaporated milk.
4 Cover and simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavors.
5 Pour into a pitcher and chill for several hours or until icy cold. (For extra smoothness, beat the soup at high speed in an electric blender container).
6 Serve in the bowls; sprinkle with stick croutons.
