Microwaved Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small microware bowl, add the butter and soften it for half a minute; beat egg yolks into it
2. Microwave it again for a minute, whisking it gently every fifteen seconds all the while that it cooks
3. Beat lemon juice, pepper and salt

SERVING
4. Goes well served hot with chicken or fish
