Sliced Peaches With Brown Sugar And Cognac

  Freestone peaches 4 Large
  Brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Cognac 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a knife, slice the peaches and core them.
2) Take 4 dessert plates and arrange the slices. Dust with sugar and Cognac.

SERVING
3) Serve right away or serve chilled with a bowl of creme fraiche.
