Drumstick Fricassee

Ingredients
  Chicken drumsticks 1 Pound (4 Pieces)
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, sliced
  Chopped celery tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Flour 2 Teaspoon
  Sweet potato 1 Large, pared and sliced 12 inch thick
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (From A 1 1/2 Pound Bag)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a a pan, put chicken, onion, celery tops, salt, pepperr and 1 cup of water.
2.Cook for 30 minutes until the chicken is soft.
3.Take the leftover 1/2 cup of water, mix flour into it.
4.Transfer the flour mixture to the pan and cook until the gravy gets thick.
5.Boil for 1 minute and then put potato and peas to it.
6.Once boiled, cook for 20 minutes on low flame.

SERVING
7.Serve the drumstick fricassee topped over dumplings, garnished with grated lemon.
