|Chicken drumsticks||1 Pound (4 Pieces)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, sliced|
|Chopped celery tops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sweet potato||1 Large, pared and sliced 12 inch thick|
|Frozen peas||1 Cup (16 tbs) (From A 1 1/2 Pound Bag)|
1.In a a pan, put chicken, onion, celery tops, salt, pepperr and 1 cup of water.
2.Cook for 30 minutes until the chicken is soft.
3.Take the leftover 1/2 cup of water, mix flour into it.
4.Transfer the flour mixture to the pan and cook until the gravy gets thick.
5.Boil for 1 minute and then put potato and peas to it.
6.Once boiled, cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
7.Serve the drumstick fricassee topped over dumplings, garnished with grated lemon.
