Pumpkin Bisque

Ingredients
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Instant mashed potato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (From A Package)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 14 1⁄2 Ounce (Or 1 Tall Can)
  Canned pumpkin/Pureed pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large saucepan,put butter or margerine and saute onion lightly.
2 Add water and heat to boiling; remove from the heat.
3 Beat in the instant mashed potato, salt, pepper and mace until creamy-thick, then beat in evaporated milk and pumpkin. (If you have an electric blender, use it to beat he mixture, a little at a time, for extra-creamy smoothness.)
4 Cover ans simmer stirring often for 15 minutes to blend the flavours.

SERVING
5 Ladle into heated soup bowls or mugs.
