Favorite French Dressing

Ingredients
  Canola oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon-style mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Directions

MAKING
1. Using a blender, mix all the ingredients well.
2. Transfer to an airtight container.
3. Cover and chill till used.

SERVING
4. Shake briskly and use as desired with salad greens.
