Mousseline Sauce

Ingredients
  Hollandaise sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Stir in whipped cream and mix carefully just before serving.
Serve hot or cold with poached fish.
