Easy Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Cold butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and put in refrigerator till everything is cold, including whisk.
Put over low heat and whisk till a thick consistency for about 8-10 minutes.
Can be kept warm over hot water.
