Quick Hollandaise

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Ounce
  Egg yolks 2
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Water 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and allow it to cool down a little
2. In a bowl, mix in egg yolk, lemon juice, salt , cayenne pepper and some water and mix the molten butter into it
3. Place this mixture in a saucepan over medium flame and stir with a wooden spoon vigourously until thick; do not let it boil

SERVING
4. Serve as per your tastes
