Seafood Souffle

Ingredients
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg whites 6 , beaten
  Flaked crab meat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a double boiler, heat the cream
2. Add seasonings and cheese to it; turn the heat off and cool a bit
3. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold it in and add crab meat
4. Grease a casserole and add the crab meat mixture into it; bake for three quarters of an hour at 325°F

SERVING
5. Serve immediately
