French Beef Bake

Ingredients
  Cubed roast beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaf 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Apple cider 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned white kidney beans 2 Pound, drained (2 Cans, 1 Pound Each)
  Canned boiled onion 1 Pound, drained (1 Can, Small Onion)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium-size frying pan brown beef in butter or margarine, stir in salt, thyme, pepper and cider and heat to boil.
2. Into a 6-cup baking dish spoon the beef, stir in beans and onions and cover.
3. In moderate oven bake at 375° for 30 minutes such that bubbly-hot.

SERVING
4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with French bread, if desired.
