Sherried French Toast

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sherry wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry bread slice 10
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix egg and milk and blend well; add sherry to it
2. Dip slices of bread into this mixture and place them on a greased cookie sheet
3. Toast in the oven till golden

SERVING
4. Serve warm with jam or syrup
