Soft Brie And Cranberry Baked Crostini

Try these tasty and simple little bites when entertaining over Christmas. A video of the recipe can be found on our Facebook page. Just click on the Facebook link on the bottom of this page. Makes approx 30 crostini for finger food.
Ingredients
  Baguette 1 Large, sliced into approx 0.5 inch slices
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Brie 1 Small, cut into 30 small pieces
  Cranberry sauce 8 Ounce
Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 200c/gas mark 6/400f.
Slice the baguette into ½ inch slices and place into a bowl.
Drizzle with some olive oil and toss, so that the bread slices are all evenly covered with the oil.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until crisp and golden, but not to hard (approx 6-8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray.
Top each crostini with a slice of Brie.
Spoon a cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
Place in a hot oven to melt the cheese and heat through the pudding (approx 3-4 minutes)
