French Stuffed Onions

Ingredients
  Bermuda onions 6 , peeled
  Veal/Ham 1⁄2 Pound, ground (If Ham, Substitute 2 Tablespoons Butter For Bacon Below)
  Bacon strips 2 , diced
  Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Meat bouillon/Consomme 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Parboil onions for 10 minutes.
Scoop out centers.
Saute chopped centers, veal, and bacon.
Add remaining ingredients except butter and bouillon and stuff onions.
Dot with butter.
Bake with bouillon in shallow baking dish in preheated hot oven (400°F.) for 45 minutes.
