Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
  Butter 5 Tablespoon
  Flour 5 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 6 , separated
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour, milk and salt to it and cook till slightly thick
2. Beat egg and add it to the saucepan; cook a little more for the eggs to cook through
3. Turn the heat off and add shredded cheese
4. In a bowl, beat egg whites till stiff and add it to the other ingredients
5. Pour into a well greased casserole, place in a pan of water and place both in the oven
6. Bake for an hour and a quarter at 300°F

SERVING
7. Has to be served immediately
