|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 , separated|
|Salmon||1 Pound, flaked|
1. Melt butter and blend with flour.
2. Add milk, water and salt; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
3. Pour slowly over well-beaten egg yolks.
4. Add salmon.
5. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
6. Pour into buttered baking dish, place in pan of hot water and steam till cooked
