Fruit And Ice Cream Crepes

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Black cherry jam 6 Tablespoon
  Orange liqueur 1 Tablespoon
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint
  Fruit salad 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Banana 1 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, sift flour, sugar and salt, beat in egg and half the milk until smooth
2. Gradually beat in the rest of the milk and half a teaspoon of oil
3. In an 8" crepe pan, heat oil, spoon about a quarter of the batter and tip to cover; cook for a minute, on each side
4. Slide it out of the pan, cook the remaining crepes and allow them all to cool
5. In a saucepan, heat jam, confectioner's sugar and liqueur and stir till the sugar dissolves; beat whipped cream into it and turn off the heat
6. Fold over the crepes and fill ice cream and fruit in it

SERVING
7. Spoon warm sauce on top and serve
