Vanilla Souffle

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 4 (Separated)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sauce 1 Tablespoon (Brandy Flavored)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, melt butter; add flour and salt and stir
2. Add milk and cook till thickened; turn the heat off and add beaten egg yolks and Vanilla
3. Beat egg whites till stiff, fold into the flour mixture and add it in a buttered and sugared straight sided mould
4. In a pan of water, place the mould and steam at 425°F for twenty two minutes
5. Meanwhile, Cream half a cup of butter with one cup of powdered sugar
6. Add an egg and two tablespoons of brandy or rum; mix thoroughly

SERVING
7. Serve the souffle with sauce
