Cherry Clafouti

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 3 Drop
  Sweet red cherries/17-ounce can sweet cherries, drained 1 Pound, stemmed and pitted
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350 degrees.
2) In a mixing bowl combine flour, salt, and sugar.
3) In a medium-size bowl, whisk eggs and milk till blended.
4) Grease a 10-inch-round gratin dish or pie pan with butter.

MAKING
5) Mix egg mixture into dry ingredients. Add vanilla.
6) Transfer the contents to the baking dish. De corate with cherries evenly over batter and bake for about 35 minutes till set.
6) Cut clafouti into wedges.

SERVING
7) Serve warm or cold.
