Strawberry Souffle Salad

Ingredients
  Strawberries 250 Gram, thawed and drained (1 Box)
  Lemon jello 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Strawberry juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Tablespoon
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve one pkg.lemon jello in one cup hot water.
Add juice, lemon, mayonnaise and salt blended well with rotary beater.
Pour into refrigerator freezing tray.
Quick chill in freezing unit 15 to 20 minutes or until firm 1 inch from edge but soft in center.
Turn mixture into bowl, whip with rotary beater until fluffy.
Fold in drained strawberries, 1/4 C.chopped walnuts.
Pour into individual molds.
Chill until firm in refrigerator (not freezer) 30 to 60 minutes.
Unmold, garnish with greens and additional mayonnaise.
Serves 4 to 6.
