Clove and Spice Potpourri

Ingredients
  Whole cloves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), broken into small pieces
  Anise seed 4 Tablespoon
  Crumbled bay leaf 1 Teaspoon
  Orange peel 1 Tablespoon
  Orris root powder 1 Teaspoon
  Clove oil 4 Drop
Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add the clove oil one drop at a time, mixing well after each drop.
Place in a tin or covered container and let cure for five to six weeks, stirring or shaking occasionally.
