Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Caster sugar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Day old bread slices 2
  Butter 1 Ounce (For Deep Frying)
  Bacon rashers 4
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a dish, crack the egg and add salt, milk and sugar. With a fork, whisk thoroughly.
2) In the mixture, dip both sides of each slice of bread.
3) At once fry in hot butter. Fry on both sides evenly till they have turned golden borown.
4) Trim the bacon rashers and grill them.

SERVING
5) Serve the toasts hot with bacon on the side.
