Ingredients
  Flour 60 Milliliter (All Purpose)
  Milk 250 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 250 Milliliter
  Butter 45 Milliliter
  Instant coffee crystals 5 Milliliter
  Kahlua liqueur 45 Milliliter
  Creme de menthe 45 Milliliter
  Eggs 4 , separated
  Egg whites 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400 degree.

MAKING
2) Take souffle dish and grease with butter.
3) Dust the bottom of the pan with sugar.
4) In a pan, whip flour with milk and bring it to boil.
5) In the mixture, stir in sugar, butter, coffee, and liqueurs.
6) Remove pan from heat and beat in the egg yolks.
7) Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in the mixture, and bake for 40 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve hot with a chocolate fudge sauce.
